Publishing names and subject areas of all out-of-field teachers as per Florida Statutes 1012.42(2): ➢ In a parent newsletter (physically sent home to parents) dated prior to FTE survey week. The newsletter must contain the month, day, and year. Please remember to submit a copy of the newsletter to the director of Internal Auditing, and retain copies in the appropriate FTE file for audit review.
