Upcoming Testing Dates
All elementary students (grade K-5) will be required to attend testing for progress monitoring #2 in-person. Testing will take place at the LCPEC at 2855 Colonial Blvd. Student arrival is between 8:30 and 8:55 at the north entrance to the LCPEC.
Student testing will begin promptly at 9:00. Students in grade K-2 will be completed at approximately 10:00 and students in grade 3-5 will be completed at approximately 11:30.
The following are the dates and times of the in-person tests at the NORTH entrance:
Wednesday, 12/4 - FAST Reading Retakes
Friday, 12/6 - In-Person PM2 FAST Reading Testing for Grades 3-5
Monday, 12/9 - In-Person PM2 FAST Math Testing for Grades 3-5
Tuesday, 12/10 - Geometry, US History, Biology, Civics Retakes, and the FCLE
Monday, 12/16 - Algebra 1 EOC Retakes
Thursday, 1/9 - In-Person PM2 FAST Reading Testing for Grades K-2
Friday, 1/10 - In-Person PM2 FAST Math Testing for Grades K-2
Please carefully review the following information on student drop-off/pickup:
Grades K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Entering the North Entrance:
- A single lane of traffic flow - West to East
- Cars will line up against the curb, students remain in the car
- An LVS staff member will greet the car, assist the student in exiting the car, walking directly to North Entrance
- An LVS staff member will provide the car with documentation including the student's name tag, exiting procedure, and anticipated test

- Parents do not park or personally escort their student to the North Entrance
- Students enter into the North Entrance vestibule
- Mr. Metzner & Ms. Perez Falcon will sign in students
- An LVS staff member will escort students to their testing location, bathroom, etc
Exiting the North Entrance: North Entrance traffic flow
- Parents will park and walk up to the North Entrance (MUST have the student's name tag)
- Mr. Metzner & Ms. Perez Falcon will be stationed outside
- Parents will present their student name tag to Mr. Metzner or Ms. Perez Falcon
- Mr. Metzner & Ms. Perez Falcon will communicate parent arrival to each test location/administrator, allowing the student to exit the building
- Students will exit the North Entrance, parents will escort their student across the parking lot to their parked vehicle
- For students utilizing extra time, an LVS staff member will communicate with test administrators to update the parent re: the student's status

General Reminders:
- Dropping off your student as early as possible is highly recommended. (ex. 8:30 am for the 9:00 am test)
- Test completion times are approximate. There is a minimum amount of minutes a student must be present (not permitted to leave earlier than that given time)
- Parent/guardian entry into the Lee County Public Education Center is discouraged and will require the presentation of proper legal
- documentation (ex. state id/driver's license) and wearing a "visitor" sticker at all times.
- In the event of inclement weather (ex. rain/lightening) LVS will adhere to enforcement processes including possible delay in dismissal.

Friday, 1/24 - 2nd and 3rd Grade WIDA Testing at East Entrance
Monday, 1/27 - 4th and 5th Grade WIDA Testing at East Entrance
Tuesday, 1/28 - 5th Grade WIDA Testing at East Entrance
Wednesday, 1/29 - 6th-8th Grade WIDA Testing at East Entrance
Thursday, 1/30 - 9th-12th Grade WIDA Testing at East Entrance
