How to Reset Your Chromebook

*Please note that you will need your WiFi password to sign back into the Chromebook

Step-by-step

1. Press the ESC key + the REFRESH key + the POWER key = all at once (wait)
2. At the next screen, press the CTRL key + the "d" key = all at once (wait)
3. Press ENTER key (enter developer mode) *screen will go dark
4. Press ENTER key again (exit developer mode)
5. The device will enter and (tap ENTER) to exit developer mode
   1. You may see a screen that says "Enterprise Enrollment"
6. If prompted, click on the button that says "Get Started", and
7. You will need to sign on to the WiFi at this point
   1. If your WiFi does not open, simply click on it
8. If prompted, click on the button that says "Done"

That's it! You successfully reset your Chromebook to better working order!
